Job description
Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Partner with plant leadership to align HR initiatives with operational targets, including productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Lead workforce planning to support fluctuating production demands and ensure talent readiness.

Talent Development & Performance

  • Drive development programs for frontline leaders and production supervisors.
  • Coach managers on performance management, feedback, and succession planning.

Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Implement engagement strategies tailored to a high-volume, shift-based workforce.
  • Monitor retention metrics and lead initiatives to reduce turnover and improve morale.

Compliance & Labor Relations

  • Ensure full compliance with Southeast Asian labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage labor relations and support resolution of grievances and disciplinary actions.

Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management

  • Facilitate change initiatives related to operational improvements, workforce restructuring, or cultural transformation.
  • Promote continuous improvement in HR processes and employee experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR Management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant setting.
  • Strong understanding of labor law, labor relations, and workforce dynamics in Southeast Asia.
  • Proven ability to influence and coach leaders in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in driving employee engagement and retention in labor-intensive operations.
