Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with plant leadership to align HR initiatives with operational targets, including productivity, quality, and safety.
- Lead workforce planning to support fluctuating production demands and ensure talent readiness.
Talent Development & Performance
- Drive development programs for frontline leaders and production supervisors.
- Coach managers on performance management, feedback, and succession planning.
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Implement engagement strategies tailored to a high-volume, shift-based workforce.
- Monitor retention metrics and lead initiatives to reduce turnover and improve morale.
Compliance & Labor Relations
- Ensure full compliance with Southeast Asian labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Manage labor relations and support resolution of grievances and disciplinary actions.
Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management
- Facilitate change initiatives related to operational improvements, workforce restructuring, or cultural transformation.
- Promote continuous improvement in HR processes and employee experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR Management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant setting.
- Strong understanding of labor law, labor relations, and workforce dynamics in Southeast Asia.
- Proven ability to influence and coach leaders in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in driving employee engagement and retention in labor-intensive operations.
