A leading company seeks an experienced Regional HR Manager to oversee HR functions across multiple markets. This pivotal role involves leading HR operations, ensuring compliance, managing recruitment, and developing regional HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, fluency in Mandarin, and the ability to navigate a multi-cultural work environment.
We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional HR Manager to oversee and lead the human resources function across all markets where our Company has a presence. This position plays a critical role in aligning our people strategy with business objectives, supporting local HR operations, and driving regional HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong regional exposure, be fluent in both English and Chinese, and have a hands-on approach to recruitment, payroll, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.
Regional HR Leadership:
Lead HR operations across all countries in the region, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, best practices, and group policies.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Drive recruitment efforts for regional and local roles, managing full-cycle hiring processes and supporting talent pipeline development.
Payroll & Compensation:
Oversee payroll administration and ensure accuracy and compliance across different countries.
Employee Relations & HR Operations:
Manage employee life cycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR administration.
Regional Coordination:
Act as the main point of contact for regional HR matters, collaborating closely with local stakeholders and counterparts in Taiwan and China.
Strategic HR Projects:
Develop and execute regional HR initiatives such as workforce planning, policy standardization, performance reviews, and organizational development.
Executive Reporting:
Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to the CFO and CEO on HR metrics, workforce trends, and organizational health.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a regional capacity.
Prior experience in healthcare, medical devices, or related industries is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of regional HR practices and labor laws.
Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to liaise effectively with stakeholders in China and Taiwan.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
High level of initiative, independence, and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, compliance, and HR systems.
