Job summary

Aolani Cloud is seeking an HR Lead, SEA to steer the HR function across Southeast Asia. The role combines strategic HR partnering with hands-on operations and will work closely with senior leaders to align people strategies with growth objectives.

You will drive workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, payroll coordination and compliance, building scalable processes for a fast-growing cloud business.

Qualifications

• Approximately 7–10 years of relevant HR experience.
• Regional HR generalist or HR business partnering background preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple Southeast Asian markets, with knowledge of Singapore employment practices.
• Experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll coordination and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Aolani's HR function across Southeast Asia and serve as the primary HR partner to employees, managers and business leaders in the region.
• Partner with the CEO, management team and business leaders on workforce planning, hiring plans, employee engagement, retention and other people-related priorities.
• Advise management on organisational structure, team effectiveness, succession planning and other workforce matters.
• Develop and execute regional people strategies aligned with business objectives, culture, operating model and growth.
• Use HR data and analytics to provide insights on hiring needs, attrition, engagement, compensation and workforce trends.
• Support change management and organisational transformation, including market expansion and restructuring.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding across Southeast Asia, including HR records and payroll coordination.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including leave, benefits, work pass matters and HR vendor relationships.
• Advise on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, probation, grievances and terminations.
