Job description

An established MNC company is looking for a Regional CHRO based in Malaysia. As one of the key executives of the organization and reporting directly to the CEO, the HR Head will serve as the main advisor to the CEO and other senior management stakeholders, leading a diverse team and providing strategic HR insights to support the company's growth and drive its strategy.

You will be responsible for

  • Providing direct and insightful advice to CEO and Management members on HR issues that impact business performance
  • Leading HR strategy development and driving employee engagement programs to enhance both employee experiences and employer branding
  • Designing and implementing appropriate organizational structure and Talent Development programs to maximize effectiveness across the company

You are expected to bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • More than 15 years of HR Leadership experience in MNC working environment, preferably with global/regional role exposure
  • Excellent communicator with good numerical and presentation skills
