FP Global seeks a regional Head of Accounting Services to lead its accounting business across ASEAN, spanning Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia, based in Kuala Lumpur with flexible base location for the right candidate.

This is a commercial leadership role, owning revenue, pricing and client relationships, driving standardised operating models, and lifting teams from routine bookkeeping to higher-value reporting and advisory work.

Competenze

• Degree in Accounting or Finance; Malaysian work eligibility.
• Big Four or mid-tier background preferred; IFRS knowledge.

Mansioni

• Own the Accounting Services line across Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.
• Carry commercial accountability for revenue, margin, utilisation, pricing and resourcing.
• Lead and develop senior managers delivering local delivery and regional priorities.
• Set regional operating model with common methodologies and quality standards.
• Drive technology and transformation agendas including cloud platforms and automation.
• Contribute to business development and cross-border client opportunities.
