The Regional Graphic Designer will help shape the visual identity of our schools across both digital and print media. Regional Graphic Designer – Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets for both digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, brochures, posters, billboards, signage, event materials, and advertisements.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design strategies that effectively communicate the brand message and engage target audiences.

  • Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various formats and media channels.

  • Prepare files for both web and digital platforms, as well as professional print production, ensuring correct specifications and compatibility with different mediums, devices and screen sizes.

  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, technical requirements, accessibility guidelines, and brand expectations.

  • Partner with web developers, printers, and production vendors to ensure accurate execution and high-quality output of all creative assets.

  • Maintain and organise the design asset library, including templates, brand elements, and archived materials for easy access and reuse.

  • Keep current with trends in graphic design, visual communication, typography, and layout across digital and traditional media, applying innovative ideas to strengthen creative output.

  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and content creators to incorporate multimedia and visual storytelling into designs when required.

Line Management

The Regional Graphic Designer will report to the Regional Marketing Content Manager.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

  • Proven experience (at least five years) as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools; familiarity with layout, prepress, and file preparation for print production.

  • Strong understanding of design principles across multiple formats— web, mobile, print, large-format, and environmental graphics.

  • Excellent sense of visual aesthetics, with attention to typography, colour theory, composition, and branding.

  • Strong understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX) design, and responsive design techniques.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to confidently present ideas and incorporate feedback from various stakeholders.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with animation, motion graphics, or video editing is an added advantage.
