Job description

The Regional Functional Lead will be working as part of the Global Process Excellence team and will lead organizational, standardization, and program management within the Connect PPG SAP S/4 Hana global implementation project.

The Scope Of This Role Includes The Following:

  • Developing and implementing procedures to measure business resource network touchpoints, concerns, and adoption.
  • Developing and implementing procedures to measure record-to-report standardization against the global template.
  • Participation in the development of communication material (agenda/content) for Business Process Leader meetings.
  • Developing and overseeing organizational tools or applications to manage timelines and deliverables.
  • Recognizing impacts within stream, cross-stream, and across programs that require action for Connect and working to remove or mitigate risks.
  • Coaching team activities as needed to optimize team efficiency.
  • Serve as lead for transition from ARIS to Signavio for business processes.
  • Quantify RTR change risk and create contingency plans to eliminate or mitigate the risk.
  • Serve as a liaison with deployment team and data team to ensure alignment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, IT, or related discipline.
  • Minimum ten years of functional, or comparable, experience and knowledge.
  • Previous ERP system implementation experience on a global scale is a plus, but not required.
Skills:
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage cross-cultural communication.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a teamwork atmosphere.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet scheduled deadlines.
  • Willingness to have a degree of flexibility in work hours and tasks assigned.
  • Ability to travel for on-site working sessions ~ 25% of the time.
