WeareseekinganexperiencedandanalyticalRegionalFinancialManagertooverseefinancial operationsandreportingacrossmultiplecountries.Thisroleiscrucialindrivingfinancialperformance,ensuringcompliance,managingaudits,andsupportingstrategic decisions withintheregion.Astrongbackgroundinauditing(externalorinternal)isessentialforsuccessinthisposition.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Overseefinancialreporting,budgeting,andcomplianceacrossregionalentities, ensuring alignmentwithcorporateandlocalstandards.
  • Consolidateandanalyzefinancialresultsformonthly,quarterly,andannualreporting.
  • Prepareandmonitorbudgets,forecasts,andfinancialplansacrosstheregion.
  • Ensureproperimplementationandadherencetointernalcontrolsandcorporategovernancepolicies.
  • Manageandcoordinateexternalandinternalaudits,includingworkingcloselywithauditfirmsandcountryfinanceteams.
  • EnsurecompliancewithIFRS,GAAP,andlocaltaxandregulatoryrequirementsinallcountriesunderyourresponsibility.
  • Supportcountry-levelfinancemanagersandcollaboratewithbusinessunitstodrivefinancialefficiency.
  • Leadregionalinitiativestoimprovefinancialsystems,reportingprocesses,andoperational performance.
  • Providefinancialinsightsandanalysistosupportbusinessdecision-makingandstrategicplanning.
  • Assistinduediligence,financialassessments,andintegrationprojectsasneeded.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor'sdegreeinFinance,Accounting,orarelatedfield.CPA,ACCA,orequivalent professionalcertificationisrequired.
  • Minimum8yearsofrelevantexperience,withatleast2-3yearsinexternalorinternalauditing.
  • Proventrackrecordinaregionalormulti-countryfinancialmanagementrole.
  • StrongunderstandingofIFRS,GAAP,andlocaltaxregulationsacrossdifferentmarkets.
  • Excellentanalytical,budgeting,andfinancialreportingskills.
  • Experienceinleadingauditsandensuringauditreadiness.
  • ProficientinERPsystems(e.g.,SAP,Oracle,NetSuite)andMicrosoftExcel.
  • Stronginterpersonalandcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytoworkacrossculturesand departments.
  • FluentinEnglish;proficiencyinadditionalregionallanguagesisanadvantage.
  • Willingnesstotravelregionallyasrequired(approx.10–20%).
