KeyResponsibilities:
- Overseefinancialreporting,budgeting,andcomplianceacrossregionalentities, ensuring alignmentwithcorporateandlocalstandards.
- Consolidateandanalyzefinancialresultsformonthly,quarterly,andannualreporting.
- Prepareandmonitorbudgets,forecasts,andfinancialplansacrosstheregion.
- Ensureproperimplementationandadherencetointernalcontrolsandcorporategovernancepolicies.
- Manageandcoordinateexternalandinternalaudits,includingworkingcloselywithauditfirmsandcountryfinanceteams.
- EnsurecompliancewithIFRS,GAAP,andlocaltaxandregulatoryrequirementsinallcountriesunderyourresponsibility.
- Supportcountry-levelfinancemanagersandcollaboratewithbusinessunitstodrivefinancialefficiency.
- Leadregionalinitiativestoimprovefinancialsystems,reportingprocesses,andoperational performance.
- Providefinancialinsightsandanalysistosupportbusinessdecision-makingandstrategicplanning.
- Assistinduediligence,financialassessments,andintegrationprojectsasneeded.
Requirements:
- Bachelor'sdegreeinFinance,Accounting,orarelatedfield.CPA,ACCA,orequivalent professionalcertificationisrequired.
- Minimum8yearsofrelevantexperience,withatleast2-3yearsinexternalorinternalauditing.
- Proventrackrecordinaregionalormulti-countryfinancialmanagementrole.
- StrongunderstandingofIFRS,GAAP,andlocaltaxregulationsacrossdifferentmarkets.
- Excellentanalytical,budgeting,andfinancialreportingskills.
- Experienceinleadingauditsandensuringauditreadiness.
- ProficientinERPsystems(e.g.,SAP,Oracle,NetSuite)andMicrosoftExcel.
- Stronginterpersonalandcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytoworkacrossculturesand departments.
- FluentinEnglish;proficiencyinadditionalregionallanguagesisanadvantage.
- Willingnesstotravelregionallyasrequired(approx.10–20%).
