Job Description

  • Manages the financial closing and reporting for SEA: This includes overseeing the monthly closing process and reviewing the financial statements of all Southeast Asian entities.
  • Facilitates statutory audits and year-end closing for SEA: This involves coordinating with auditors and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies for year-end activities across SEA.
  • Reviews and coordinates weekly payments for SEA: This includes reviewing the payment runs for all Southeast Asian entities and liaising with approvers to ensure timely transaction processing.
  • Partners with service providers for SEA tax matters: This involves providing necessary information to tax consultants for GST, CIT, ECI, transfer pricing, and other tax-related matters for the local entities.
  • Manages cash flow and supports system improvements for SEA: This includes managing the business's cash resources and banking needs, producing cash flow forecasts, and support in IT system implementation and workflow process improvements within the SEA region.


The Successful Applicant

  • Possess a degree in Finance/Accounting and professionally qualified (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW and etc)
  • Must have external audit background, trained in Big 4 or Top 10 firms
  • Must possess commercial expertise in finance and accounting
  • Ideally have knowledge of renewable energy industry / engineering industry
