Job summary

Toll Global Forwarding (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a finance professional to support month-end reporting, including review of financial statements in Oracle HFM, working capital, labour, capex and other reporting in the first 18-24 months.

Thereafter you will work under the Division Controller on high-visibility outcomes, prepare custom financials for senior management in Singapore and Melbourne, and liaise with external auditors and Group Tax.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in audit, accounting, tax or related corporate function.
• Good verbal and written English, additional languages strongly preferred.
• Lean Finance organization operating under tight deadlines; self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for financial statements review in Oracle HFM, working capital, labour, capex and other reporting at month end.
• Consolidation and reconciliation of Country Budgets and Forecast.
• Coordinate statutory and planning for your assigned Region (EMEA, North Asia or ASEAN).
• Thereafter, work under Division Controller on high visibility outcomes; prepare custom financials for senior management and liaise with external auditors and Group Tax.
