To assist the manager in overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple countries within the region, ensuring cost efficiency, timely delivery, quality compliance, and alignment with overall business goals in the F&B sector.
Position Responsibilities
Strategic Supply Chain Management
- Assist the Manager and coordinate with business units to help implement regional supply chain strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Warehouse Logistics & Distribution
- Oversee regional logistics and transportation to ensure timely, efficient delivery of products.
- Assist the Manager in monitoring the KPI of 3PL.
- Prepare reports and analysis pertaining to inventory and warehouse KPI.
- Work closely with QA to ensure adherence to food safety regulations and quality standards throughout the supply chain.
- Assist and help monitor continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and warehouse processes.
- Utilize ERP/SCM systems for operational visibility and reporting.
Other Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD/Management.
- Assist in market opening supply chain-related matters.
Qualifications and Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field.
- Proven experience in import-export operations, logistics, or a relevant role.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and experience with customs clearance procedures.
- Familiarity with international trade documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Preferably 2 years or more of related working experience.
- Knowledge of shipping, procurement, inventory, and warehouse management is an added advantage.
- Self-starter with good communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
