Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience at manager level in EHS or a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any engineering field.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese at a business level.

Responsibilities

• Supervise EHS activities to establish effective management systems.
• Achieve zero accidents and ensure timely communication of incidents.
• Establish an independent regional EHS audit framework.
• Organize EHS forums to enhance communication among subsidiaries.
• Train local staff on EHS duties to enhance regional capabilities.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
