Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee key online sales channels on marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, TikTok) and manage 'where to buy' listings on brand websites.
  • Monitor that product listings, inventory, and content are accurate and up-to-date across all platforms.
  • Plan and execute regional online campaigns, such as mega online sales days and product launches.
  • Collaborate with local country teams to implement campaigns and new product launches in alignment with regional marketing plans.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., traffic, conversion, sales, ROAS) to produce performance dashboards and generate reports with actionable insights.
  • Identify growth opportunities through data-driven analysis and competitor benchmarking, recommending strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with regional and country teams to optimize brand and product visibility on e-commerce platforms.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with local and regional teams to review performance, address operational issues, and ensure strategy alignment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, e-commerce or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of e-commerce experience, ideally managing multi-country operations in Southeast Asia.
  • Proven track record in online sales growth, marketplace management and campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Familiarity with Southeast Asian e-commerce platforms and consumer trends.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
