We are seeking a Regional Distributor Manager to oversee and lead the Local Trade Partnership (LTP) to support Nestlé's growth, distribution objectives, and distributor profitability.

A day in the life of a Regional Distributor Manager

  • Manage Distributors in accordance with Distributor Management Best Practices, including:
    • Thruput Target
    • Market Returns
    • Stock Cover
  • Coordinate with RSM MT/TT on Distributor Sales Operations Issues, such as:
    • Delivery / Customer Service Level
    • Sales Operations Matters
    • Customer Universe Data Management (New Outlet Openings and Closings)
  • Conduct Distributor Business Reviews
  • Oversee Distributor Warehouse Management & DWIS Evaluation
  • Collaborate with Distributor Development Executives on Distributor Signage

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of Field Sales experience
