We are looking for a Regional Distributor Manager to manage and lead the LTP to support Nestlé's growth and distribution objectives as well as distributor profitability.

A day in the life of a Regional Distributor Manager

  1. Management of Distributors in line with Distributor Management Best Practices:
    • Thruput Target
    • Market Returns
    • Stock Cover
  2. Coordinate with RSM MT/TT on distributor sales operations issues:
    • Delivery / Customer Service Level
    • Sales operations related matters
    • Customer Universe Data Management (New Outlet Openings and Closings)
  3. Coordinate distributor business reviews
  4. Responsible for distributor warehouse management & DWIS evaluation
  5. Coordinate with Distributor Development Executive on distributor signage

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of field sales experience
  • Distributor insight & knowledge of competitor distributor situations
