The Role
As a Regional Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of performance marketers and overseeing a number of Brands’ digital marketing activity on ecommerce marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok) and Full funnel and brand.com( Google, Meta, TikTok, and Programmatic).
String project management to ensure timely deliveries to client, campaigns and regional teams. You will work closely with various internal and external departments including, but not limited to, Key Account Manager, Performance Marketing Specialists, Production, Design and Operations to ensure smooth execution and planning for your marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Hub, this role will lead key accounts and provide ecommerce executional support to the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead Regional Key Accounts Portfolio and support Head of Marketing/ VP of Digital Marketing
Establish a relationship with our Key clients to ensure revenues and identity other revenue opportunities
Grow account adoption of different marketing solutions and insights services
Deliver expert recommendations and media plans on the best use of digital marketing services
Provide media execution support and training to the team of performance execs
Build strong relationships with digital partners platform (ie. Lazada and Shopee)
Provide insights on campaign performance to drive long-term marketing results
Ensure all brand KPIs are met from marketing perspective
Who we look for – the ideal profile:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Minimum 7+ years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce, specifically knowledge of Lazada, Shopee and Tiktok platforms
Team management experience is a must
Google SEM, Meta working knowledge is a plus
Strong analytical skills and make suggestions based on perceived data
Project management for meeting deadlines and managing team and tasks
Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills
Ability to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and translate this into annual & monthly activation plans
Experience in developing digital campaign plans across brand and acquisition objectives
Analytical skills to analyze data and make performance improvement suggestions
Excellent written and spoken English
Good excel and powerpoint skills
