POSITION SUMMARY:
This role will be involved in driving the centralization of digital initiatives in Menarini Asia Pacific, in order to streamline projects, minimise duplication of work and drive the sharing of best practices in order to add value.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Co-ordination of Communication
- To drive and strengthen communication between Regional and local teams, in order to sharedigital marketing best practices.
- To streamline the localisation process from a regional to a country level, for all digital projects.
- To bridge the current gap between Digital Marketing and other Regional and Local functions (Legal, Compliance, IT, FFOE, Marketing & Medical), in order to successfully deliver digital projects.
- To act as a main point of contact for digital systems (M-Flow, M-Distribution, M-Detail, M-Segment, OCE Digital, Mailjet) requests from countries and Regional cross-functional teams.
Promotion of Data Driven Marketing
- To maximise the value of analytics for digital systems, in order to drive continual improvement and optimisationof existing digital channels.
- To actively collaboratewith all Therapeutic Areas, supporting digital projects and providing regular analytic reports of the relevant digital channels.
- To monitor the KPIs for all digital marketing systems and proactively recommend performance improvement opportunities.
Development and Implementation of an Omnichannel Marketing Strategy
- To support the design and deployment of a regional omnichannel marketing model and strategy that is achievable, cost effective and impactful.
- To promote digital innovation and support on new digital projects at both a regional and country level.
Establishing Menarini as a Digital Leader in the Asia Pacific Region
- To actively keep up to date with best practice in digital marketing in the pharmaceutical industry and suggest relevant improvement opportunities to brands where appropriate.
- To monitor the digital activity of competitors, in order to ensure that Menarini has an advantage and are leaders in digital marketing.
Ensuring that all Digital Marketing Activity is Compliant
- To develop a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for digital compliance, in order to ensure that digital activity within Menarini Asia Pacific is compliant and in line with country regulations, whilst also optimally maximising digital platforms.
- To act as a main point of contact for any queries associated with compliance of digital activity.
Training a Digital Mindset (Mindset, Skillset, Toolset)
- To actively promote the importance of digital marketing and educate on what it means to be digital, to both Regional and Country Marketeers, in order to facilitate the development of more efficient digital marketing campaigns.
- Co-facilitate the monthly community sharing practice across AMAP countries with the Regional and Local Digital Leads to grow and encourage a knowledge and idea exchange mindset.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Hands on experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Regional experience (handling multiple stakeholders within different geographic areas)
- Good understanding of Marketing tools and systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid understanding of healthcare digital trends
- Comfortable dealing with Digital Marketing analytics
