Qualifications

• Must have 12+ years of total work experience in delivery within SI services.
• Strong governance in scope, planning, financial control, risk and delivery execution.
• Experience leading regional, multi-country delivery programs (3–5+ countries).
• Experience with fixed-price projects and commercial sensitivity.
• Excellent client relationship management and CXO stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to mentor and coach delivery teams in AI-enabled SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large, complex technology implementation programs across multiple countries.
• Own end-to-end program delivery within scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Governance across scope, change management, planning, cost control, risk management.
• Develop, maintain, and govern comprehensive project plans.
• Mitigate risks and secure alignment from senior leadership.
• Interpret contractual obligations and ensure delivery aligns with terms.
• Provide technical and delivery leadership across Microsoft solution engagements.
• Lead cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams and mentor members.
• Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, partners, subcontractors.
• Navigate SEA regional nuances and adapt to regional business practices.
• Leverage AI-enabled capabilities within SDLC to improve delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and customer value.
