Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a cybersecurity professional to support and strengthen IT Security initiatives across regional business entities. You will provide advisory on information security, support governance, and coordinate remediation activities to ensure enterprise controls are implemented effectively.

The role involves collaboration with regional stakeholders, managing security technologies, and helping drive security roadmap initiatives while aligning with infrastructure and application

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS/IT/Cyber Security or related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CEH or equivalent are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory on Information Security and Cybersecurity related matters.
• Support regional IT Security governance and security operations.
• Drive implementation of cybersecurity controls and security improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate security projects and remediation activities across regional entities.
• Manage security technologies including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Secure Web Gateway (SWG) and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS).
• Ensure security policies and standards are implemented consistently across business units.
• Partner with infrastructure and application teams to improve overall security posture.
• Monitor security compliance and follow up on remediation activities.
• Support regional cybersecurity projects and security roadmap initiatives.
