Regional Business Director | Bayan Baru | Frequent travelling

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company growth targets and market dynamics
  • Create a corporate plan and monitor its progress to ensure goal attainment
  • Offer strategic advice and guidance to the company's board of directors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in sectors such as automation, manufacturing, electronics, or semiconductors
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with large enterprises, government-linked companies, and public sector clients
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospect generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and handover to operations
  • Collaborate with internal technical and operational teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
  • Monitor market trends, competitors’ activity, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in B2B technical or industrial sales, at least holding director title now

• Proven track record in managing high-value accounts and complex sales cycles

• Understanding of Machine Vision solution will be an advantage.

• Regional sales experience in SEA/APAC markets is preferred

• Willingness to travel as required (domestic & international)

• Posses a Bachelor's Degree or higher
