Region Telco Manager for Smartphone

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Target Achievement: Monitor and drive Telco sales performance.
2. Relationship Building: Build relationships with key business partners.
3. Store Visitation & Compliance: Ensure compliance at top-performing outlets.
4. Retail Merchandising: Oversee store displays, ensuring compliance with branding guidelines.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor dealer performance, enforce penalties, and provide feedback.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Telco Admin, RGM, and retail teams to improve operations.

Work Location & Travel:

1. Regional-based role requiring store visits.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in sales, retail, or telecom industry.
3. Strong analytical, communication, and compliance management skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting.
