Region Manager - Southern

Job Responsibilities

1. Supervise and monitor the daily operations of multiple outlets within the assigned region to ensure smooth execution and consistent performance.
2. Track and review outlet sales performance to ensure targets are met and operational standards are maintained.
3. Work closely with the Operation Manager to implement company SOPs, promotional activities, and service standards.
4. Provide regular guidance, support, and coaching to outlet staff to enhance their effectiveness.
5. Conduct routine outlet visits to assess operations, identify issues, and provide on-the-ground solutions.
6. Assist the Operation Manager in managing manpower needs, staff performance, and training requirements.
7. Support the rollout of new company initiatives, promotions, and operational improvements across outlets.
8. Report on regional performance, highlighting issues, challenges, or suggestions to upper management.
9. Proactively identify potential improvements and ensure all outlets deliver a consistent customer experience.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing multiple outlets in the F&B or retail industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work independently and remotely.
• Hands-on, action-oriented, and passionate about operational excellence.
• Willing to travel regularly within the assigned region.
