A leading company in the manufacturing sector is seeking a skilled Recruiter to manage the entire recruiting process. This role involves partnering with managers, developing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, along with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Summary
Research, recruit, screen, interview, and refer qualified candidates for exempt and non-exempt positions as assigned. Requires considerable skill in interviewing techniques, knowledge of manufacturing and specialized functions of the company, understanding of Jabil Circuit's personnel policies and procedures, and a basic understanding of federal and state employment laws.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university and 2-5 years of recruiting experience. PHR or Human Resource Management Certification preferred.
