Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities for the Role:

1. To provide day-to-day resourcing support in order to meet the resourcing needs of the business.
2. To ensure proper follow-up with all the outstanding issues.
3. To ensure compliance with customer requirements and other relevant authorities.
4. To contribute to recruitment and retention initiatives.
5. Assist in the implementation of manpower and recruitment programs.
6. To coordinate recruitment activities including advertising, interviewing, and selection process.

Requirements of the Role:

1. Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Management, or Equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, RPO Hiring, and/or recruitment consulting.
