The role involves determining human resource needs, designing recruitment strategies, managing the entire recruitment process, and improving the company's employer brand. The ideal candidate will hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and possess 3-5 years of recruitment experience specifically in large manufacturing settings. Proficiency in English, Malay, and possibly Mandarin is essential.
Determine the human resource needs of each department based on the company's business development plan, and formulate effective talent acquisition strategies.
Design and continuously optimize the recruitment management system, including talent selection methods and talent pool optimization.
Responsible for the recruitment and placement of key positions.
Expand, integrate, and manage recruitment resources to form an effective talent supply channel.
Lead talent mapping initiatives, understand talent demand, and monitor industry talent dynamics.
Coordinate and manage the pre-hiring medical checkup process from start to finish, ensuring all necessary medical checks are completed and reviewed before finalizing the hiring decision.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting and resume screening to interviewing and extending offers.
Organize and participate in team activities and campaigns to enhance team cohesion and promote the company’s employer brand.
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to urgent requirements.
Participate in other recruitment-related projects as needed.
