Position Overview

As a Campus Recruitment Specialist , you will serve as a key link between our company and one or more partner universities. You'll actively engage with students, increase our brand visibility on campus, and help attract top-tier candidates to join our educational team.

As our Malaysia team is in its early stages, this is a unique opportunity to be one of the first to join a rapidly growing operation—playing a foundational role as we expand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring manager to forecast internship and graduate hiring needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, career services, and student communities to enhance campus presence and build long-term partnerships.
  • Plan and support on-campus and virtual engagement activities such as career fairs and small-scale events to promote the company’s brand.
  • Source, screen, and manage high-potential graduate candidates through campus networks, digital platforms, and recruitment databases.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes and contribute to continuous improvement by monitoring campus hiring trends and suggesting strategic enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Currently studying or recently graduated; open to all majors.
  • Ideal for candidates with a passion for event planning and coordination
  • Strong communication skills and approachable personality; comfortable initiating conversations with new people.
  • Strong interest in event organization, recruitment, human resources, or the education industry
  • Interns must be available for a minimum of three consecutive months.
