A leading company in the fintech industry is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage all aspects of the recruitment cycle. You will collaborate with various departments to understand their hiring needs, create job advertisements, and maintain a talent pipeline. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related fields, alongside at least 2 years of recruitment experience in relevant industries. Excellent communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and familiarity with recruitment tools are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop appropriate sourcing strategies,
  • Create, publish, and manage job advertisements on multiple platforms,
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers,
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer stage for positions from staff to managerial levels,
  • Maintain strong candidate engagement and provide a positive recruitment experience,
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline/database for future hiring needs,
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, cost per hire),
  • Keep track and prepare reports of open positions, hiring funnel, turnover rate, and headcount requisition to HR GA Manager,
  • Support employer branding initiatives and internship programs as needed,
  • Participate in a variety of HR projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Communications, or related fields,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in fintech, startups, or digital banking industries,
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, etc.) and make recommendation for new channels,
  • Excellent interview and candidate assessment skills,
  • Able to work under pressure and respond swiftly to urgent hiring needs,
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across departments,
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze recruitment KPIs,
  • Proactive, collaborative, persistent, and self-motivated team player,
  • Proficient in written and spoken English is a must,
  • Willing to work in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
