Recruitment Specialist

Location: KL, Penang and Kota Kinabalu

Salary from RM3000 - RM5000

Job Description

  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding the hiring needs and providing recruitment solutions.
  3. Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, and screen resumes to shortlist qualified applicants.
  4. Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability, ensuring a thorough evaluation of skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to provide informed recruitment advice.
  6. Maintain a comprehensive and organized database of potential candidates for current and future roles.
  7. Facilitate the salary and benefit negotiation process between clients and candidates.
  8. Coordinate and manage the job offer process, ensuring a smooth transition from offer to acceptance.
  9. Gather and provide constructive feedback to candidates, helping them improve their future applications.
  10. Ensure adherence to recruitment laws and regulations.
