PURPOSE:

The role of the Recruitment Specialist is to directly contribute to the profitability of PERSOLKELLY by successfully delivering placements. They need to identify and source suitable candidates for the Consultants’ job orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key member of the Singapore Desk team, supporting staffing and talent acquisition needs for clients based in Singapore.
• Gain a solid understanding of clients’ businesses and hiring requirements through close collaboration with Singapore-based consultants.
• Source and identify qualified candidates using multiple channels, including headhunting, internal databases, online job postings, referrals, and more.
• Conduct both cold and warm outreach to candidates for initial phone screenings, assessing suitability and aligning them with open positions.
• Coordinate interview schedules and assist in additional recruitment steps such as reference checks and offer follow-ups to ensure successful placement.
• Maintain continuous communication with consultants to gather feedback and provide timely updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage candidate relationships proactively, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to final decision (offer or rejection).
• Deliver feedback to candidates in a professional and constructive manner.
• Adhere strictly to internal policies, procedures, and compliance standards throughout the recruitment process.
• Support additional administrative or ad hoc tasks as required by the team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess a bachelor's degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Having 1-2 years of relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong passion for sales and recruitment.
• Must have excellent organizing, time management, communication, and people skills.
• Responsible, takes initiative in work, and able to commit to work.
