Recruitment Specialist

Job Responsibility

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and referrals.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Track recruitment metrics and support employer branding initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in a related field or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of work experience in an office environment.
• Possess own transportation.
• Able to travel to HQ (Singapore), if needed.
• Result-oriented and sales-oriented.
• Team player.
• Enjoy challenges and a fast-paced environment.
