  • Assisting in recruitment operations related tasks.
  • Advertising the position internally & externally. Advertise all vacancies in MYFutureJobs portal for not less than 30 days before the Bank can offer the position to an expatriate/foreign worker.
  • Schedule interview and send the invitation to hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ensure all documentation throughout the selection process is submitted by the candidate and perform the due diligence.
  • Notify line manager if the employee is short-listed for an interview based on internal application.
  • Promptly advise unsuccessful applicants within 7 days after the selection process has been concluded, and the successful candidate(s) identified.
  • Provide technical assessment to the candidate and ensure completion within the timeline provided.
  • Ensure timely submission of career conversation form from panel interviewers.
  • Ensure passing the pre-employment medical check-up at appointed panel clinics/hospital, Verity & OCISS report. Prepare LO checklist and submit all required documents to RC Ops team for LO issuance.
  • Keeping with the Conflict of Interest and Confidentiality policies.
