Recruitment Operations Executive (Based In Johor Bahru)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the Region Operations Manager in day-to-day operations tasks for projects.
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
- Perform job and task analysis to document requirements and objectives.
- Prepare requirement materials and post jobs on appropriate channels.
- Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, referrals, etc.
- Screen resumes and applications before filtering candidates to relevant projects within schedule.
- Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and attitudes.
- Onboard new employees to ensure full integration.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database.
- Ensure recruitment reports are submitted accurately and timely.
- Assist in operational quality surveys, ad-hoc project checks, and provide feedback on recruitment/project issues.
Job Requirements
- At least SPM/Diploma in any field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Retail, Merchandising, FMCG, or related fields is advantageous.
- Good command of English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Proactive, positive attitude, and able to resolve issues creatively.
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency, results-oriented, and resourceful.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate and tech-savvy.
- Own transport and willing to travel.
