Recruitment Operations Executive (Based In Johor Bahru)
JUMP RETAIL SDN BHD

Role

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Assist the Region Operations Manager in day-to-day operations tasks for projects.
  2. Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
  3. Perform job and task analysis to document requirements and objectives.
  4. Prepare requirement materials and post jobs on appropriate channels.
  5. Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, referrals, etc.
  6. Screen resumes and applications before filtering candidates to relevant projects within schedule.
  7. Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  8. Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and attitudes.
  9. Onboard new employees to ensure full integration.
  10. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships.
  11. Maintain and update the recruitment database.
  12. Ensure recruitment reports are submitted accurately and timely.
  13. Assist in operational quality surveys, ad-hoc project checks, and provide feedback on recruitment/project issues.

Job Requirements

  1. At least SPM/Diploma in any field.
  2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Retail, Merchandising, FMCG, or related fields is advantageous.
  3. Good command of English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
  4. Proactive, positive attitude, and able to resolve issues creatively.
  5. Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency, results-oriented, and resourceful.
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Computer literate and tech-savvy.
  8. Own transport and willing to travel.
