Recruitment Lead/Senior Recruitment Specialist

The opportunity

Beyondsoft (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., a leading IT and business services company, is seeking a talented Recruitment Lead/Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team in KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our recruitment strategy and driving the success of our growing organisation.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract talent across various departments

Lead the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment in regions such as Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, etc

Collaborate with business departments to understand their and clients' requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the company's ongoing hiring needs

Streamline recruitment processes and introduce innovative sourcing techniques to improve efficiency

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruitment specialists to enhance the team's capabilities

Analyse recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive KPIs

Oversee the day-to-day operations of recruitment,and regularly report recruitment progress to business departments and China recruitment manager

Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

Perform other responsibilities as directed by leadership

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in the recruitment professional services industry, preferably responsible for recruitment in multiple regions such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Philippines, etc

Proven track record of successfully leading end-to-end recruitment projects and building a strong candidate pipeline

Excellent communication (Mandarin and English proficiency) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically

Proficiency in using recruitment-related tools

A keen eye for talent and the ability to identify and assess candidates with the right skills and cultural fit

Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Malaysia or other regions such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, etc

Experience working with Chinese business teams (not mandatory)
