Recruitment Juniors/Seniors/Team Leads (Headhunters) Old Klang Road/Mid Valley

We are hiring recruitment juniors, seniors, and team leads (headhunters). Candidates with relevant experience are welcome, as well as fresh graduates with high potential. We offer attractive monthly incentives/commissions.

Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract diverse, qualified candidates.
  2. Team Collaboration: Conduct strategy discussions with team members to ensure clear understanding of job requirements and qualifications.
  3. Screening and Selection: Review applications, conduct pre-screening interviews, assess candidate skills and qualifications, and coordinate in-person interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks.
  4. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  5. Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, job fairs, industry engagement, and maintaining an updated candidate database.
  6. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
  7. Employer Branding: Promote the organization's employer brand via recruitment materials, social media, videos, and brochures in collaboration with marketing teams.
  8. Additional Duties: Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Open to candidates with relevant experience or fresh graduates. On-the-job training will be provided.
