Employee Onboarding:

Employee Relations:
Act as a liaison between employees and management to address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies.
Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and provide support on disciplinary actions when necessary.
Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance management systems.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
Support in preparing HR reports for management.
Assist in researching, applying for, and managing business visas or work permits for employees when required.
Training and Development:
Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Provide support in creating development plans for employees.
Compliance and Policy Management:
Stay up to date with HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and adhered to within the organization.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or related fields (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered).
Familiarity with HRIS systems, labor laws, and recruitment best practices is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees, candidates, and management.
Good problem-solving skills with the ability to handle employee concerns professionally.
Proactive and well-organized, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple HR functions efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR-related software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Willingness to travel for career fairs, recruitment drives, and training programs if required.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
