The ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry, and must be proficient in Mandarin. Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Advertise job openings on online platforms, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
• Source and attract candidates for various positions (store & HQ).
• Conduct screening interviews and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers for final selection.
• Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
• Support onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration of new hires.
• Partner with store managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges.
• Ensure hiring processes comply with Malaysian labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma / Degree.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment.
• Prior experience in F&B or retail industry preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel, familiar with HRMS systems is an advantage.
• Mandarin language ability is a must to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
