Job summary

A leading restaurant brand in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced recruiter to source, screen, and onboard candidates for various positions. You will be responsible for advertising openings, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry, and must be proficient in Mandarin. Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Advertise job openings on online platforms, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
  • Source and attract candidates for various positions (store & HQ).
  • Conduct screening interviews and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers for final selection.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Support onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration of new hires.
  • Partner with store managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges.
  • Ensure hiring processes comply with Malaysian labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma / Degree.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Prior experience in F&B or retail industry preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Word & Excel, familiar with HRMS systems is an advantage.
  • Mandarin language ability is a must to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
