Job summary

Job description

The company was established in year 2011, pioneering in wellness equipment like treadmills, electronic massager and leisure reclining chair. It was selected as one of the top excellent brands under the Asia Pacific Top Excellence Award 2012, Malaysia Health and Wellness Brand Awards 2018, the Golden Bull Award 2019, the Malaysia Book of Records with the Most Number of Treadmills Sold Online 2020, the Natural Health Reader’s Choice of Awards 2020, and The Best Brand of Brand Laureate Award 2021.

Responsibilities:
  1. Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  2. Reviewing resumes, conducting telephone screenings, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  3. Extending job offers and negotiating terms of employment with selected candidates.
  4. Developing and maintaining relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  5. Ensuring all recruitment processes adhere to legal and company policies, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  6. Tracking recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, and providing regular reports to management for data-driven decision-making.
  7. Contributing to employer branding efforts to attract top talent and enhance the organization’s reputation in the market.
  8. Collaborating with HR and hiring managers to facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
Requirements:
  1. Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  2. Min 3 years’ experience in recruitment, executive search and sourcing activities.
  3. Able to communicate (both verbal and written) in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  5. Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  6. Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  7. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  8. Willing to work in Puchong, Selangor.
  9. Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9.00am to 6.00pm.
