Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator (Mandarin Speaker)

Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia (Work from office)

Salary Range: RM 3,500 – RM 4,000 (negotiable based on prior salary & experience)

Job Summary:

Tech Mahindra is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator (Mandarin Speaker) to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are looking to start a career in human resources and talent acquisition. The role involves coordinating with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process and providing end-to-end administrative support to the recruitment function.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory

Good communication skills in English

Basic understanding of the recruitment cycle is an added advantage

Willingness to learn and adapt to processes and tools

Coordinate day-to-day recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and documentation

Liaise with internal stakeholders, recruiters, and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process

Maintain and update recruitment trackers and systems

Assist in screening applications and shortlisting candidates when required

Support onboarding activities and ensure compliance with internal policies and processes

Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment workflows and candidate experience

Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude in all interactions

Proficiency in Mandarin and English

Strong interpersonal and coordination skills

Interest in Human Resources and a willingness to learn

Basic knowledge of recruitment processes

Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

Self-motivated, proactive, and growth-oriented

Able to work independently and within diverse teams

Passionate about people and fostering a positive team culture
