A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage full life-cycle recruitment for various clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills and be proactive in client interactions. Both seasoned professionals and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
• Managing and executing full life-cycle recruitment including sourcing candidates via Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, etc., conducting primary screening, and onboarding of candidates.
• Business development: following up with clients, meeting to understand their hiring needs.
• Consulting with international and local clients on their hiring requirements, understanding client companies, and advising on market conditions, trends, and salary ranges.
Note: Sales training will be provided covering:
• Communication with candidates and clients
• Persuasion techniques
• Negotiation skills
• Industry knowledge sharing
Monthly Salary: RM3000 ~ 4000 + Commission
- Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in Sales or Recruitment are preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be proactive in making phone calls.
- Willing to learn industry-specific knowledge.
- Prior experience as a recruitment consultant is advantageous.
