Job Overview

Our client are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Consultant for a 6-month contract role focused on mass hiring. This is a full-cycle (360) recruitment position ideal for someone with a strong background in high-volume hiring for Contact Centres, BPOs, or Shared Services.

The ideal candidate must be Mandarin-speaking to effectively coordinate with counterparts in China, and have at least 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for volume hiring projects, from requisition to onboarding.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using various platforms and sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate and collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment timelines.
• Liaise with China-based stakeholders to align on hiring needs, updates, and candidate pipelines.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to ensure targets are met within set timelines.
• Manage candidate databases and applicant tracking systems efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, especially in mass hiring environments (Contact Centre, BPO, or Shared Services preferred).
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive under pressure.
• Immediate availability or short notice preferred.
• Competitive salary: Up to RM8,000/month
• Monthly Completion Incentive: RM200/month, totaling RM1,200 payable at the end of the 6-month contract
