Our team is to help Go-overseas Chinese companies set up their new organizations in Southeast Asia, generally distributed in Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines and Indonesia etc., most of our clients are Internet companies, E-commerce companies, Consumer Products companies, Logistic companies, and Manufacturing companies. As the service focused by our team is mainly on RPO and Mass Recruitment patterns, the function of our delivery would be generally HR & Finance, Sales & Marketing, Warehouse & Logistic, Technical & Engineering roles etc., and the grade of those assignments would normally be entry to middle level. Now, our team has already been successfully operating in our KL office for more than 1.5 years. As the demand we received are booming in 2025, we are expanding our team, hoping to have more members as soon as possible.

Client-Facing Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their hiring needs, business culture, and position requirements.

Design and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to client goals.

Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights, salary benchmarks, and talent availability trends.

Present qualified candidate profiles and facilitate feedback sessions post-interviews.

Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through timely communication and service excellence.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with key hiring managers and decision-makers.

Requirements
