Your role responsibilities:

Identify and actively develop potential new clients, business development and pitching Salt solutions

Be an expert at sourcing, identifying and qualifying talent for clients

Work cohesively with the team to ensure we are delivering exceptional service to Salt’s existing clients - we are community-focused and proud to have established relationships with global and regional leaders!

Proactively and continuously build a talent pool for your specialisation

Manage candidates through the entire recruitment process

Your background:

Your experience can include: Sales/Advertising Account Management/Digital Client Servicing/Consulting/Marketing/Business Development

OR previous recruitment experience, ideally in a 360 role consulting clients and candidates

Proven success in creating strong relationships, client management and the ability to identify and actively develop clients

A desire to be a subject matter expert, to manage and grow your own desk and expertise

Genuine interest in people – you strive to deliver an outstanding service

Ability to adapt to new market challenges

Nice to have: customer service, networking, creative content/branding
