Recruitment Consultant

Job Responsibilities

1. Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
2. Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility
3. Conducting confidential interviews, checking references, and credit
4. Partnering with clients to understand their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs
5. Developing and executing targeted research strategies
6. Researching clients' companies, competitors, and market trends
7. Mapping role criteria, defining position descriptions, and documenting specifications
8. Tracking and identifying prospective candidates through various channels
9. Presenting shortlisted candidates with detailed profile summaries
10. Providing guidance and facilitating negotiations until completion
11. Following up with clients and assisting with candidate transition and onboarding
12. Networking and building long-lasting client relationships
13. Specializing in a specific industry or job function
14. Researching and developing recruiting leads

Requirements

• Degree holder in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of working experience
• Client-focused with strong relationship-building skills
• Business acumen and market insight
• Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
