Job summary

Job description

Develop a good understanding of clients' companies, their industry, work culture, and environment to effectively manage expectations and build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Advertise vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing advertisements through various media channels.

Search the candidate database to find suitable candidates for client vacancies.

Review applications, manage interviews, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.

Check references and assess candidate suitability before submission to clients.

Brief candidates about job responsibilities, salary, and benefits.

Organize interviews and inform candidates of the results.

Serve as the main point of contact, providing advice on training, career progression, and salary negotiations.

Review recruitment policies to ensure effective selection techniques.

Engage in headhunting by identifying and approaching suitable candidates when necessary.

Be sales-driven and results-oriented to meet team targets.

Maintain high ethical and professional standards as a dedicated team player.

Be highly self-motivated, independent, resourceful, and innovative.

Execute strategies to meet SLAs and KPIs.

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related fields.
  • Proven experience as an HR recruiter or similar role.
  • Experience in building sales-oriented teams, talent pipelines, and fostering a positive team culture.
  • 1-3+ years of relevant experience in human resources, especially mass recruitment.
  • Proficiency in recruitment, training, and employee relations.
  • Strong report writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
