TalentConsult is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, while fostering strong relationships with clients and candidates. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on teamwork and detail. Understand job briefs and hiring needs from project leads or clients
Write, publish, and manage job ads across various platforms
Source candidates through portals, social media, and referrals
Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on job fit and soft skills
Coordinate interview schedules and manage follow-ups with clients
Prepare candidates for interviews and walk them through the process
Support team discussions by sharing updates, blockers, or market insight
Able to manage your own time and pipeline
Communicate clearly, professionally, and with empathy
Comfortable working under goals or weekly KPIs
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Open to learning and taking feedback
