We're looking for someone who can manage the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing to onboarding—while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Your Core Responsibilities

Understand job briefs and hiring needs from project leads or clients

Write, publish, and manage job ads across various platforms

Source candidates through portals, social media, and referrals

Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on job fit and soft skills

Coordinate interview schedules and manage follow-ups with clients

Prepare candidates for interviews and walk them through the process

Support team discussions by sharing updates, blockers, or market insight
