About The Role
We’re looking for a Recruitment Associate to drive junior-level hiring across Southeast Asia and manage the full lifecycle of our contingent workforce, particularly in the Philippines. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves engaging with candidates, and understands the nuances of managing contractor and agency relationships.

Job Description
What You’ll Do
Recruitment for Junior Roles (SEA)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for junior-level positions across PH, MY, and SG.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and drive alignment on candidate profiles.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates directly—building a pipeline for frequently hired roles.
- Manage interview logistics, candidate communication, and offer negotiations.
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints.
Contingent Workforce Management (PH Focus)
- Oversee day-to-day operations of our third-party contractor workforce in the Philippines.
- Partner with agency vendors to track hiring progress, follow up on performance, and escalate delivery issues.
- Step in to recruit directly when agency traction is slow or pipelines are weak.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding of contractors, working closely with IT/Admin for asset handover and return.
- Track contract timelines, renewals, and ensure all paperwork is complete and compliant.
TA Operations & Support
- Maintain hiring trackers and status updates for key SEA markets.
- Collaborate with other TA team members to improve processes, share hiring insights, and support cross-market projects as needed.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
- 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience at an agency.
- Experience managing or partnering with agency vendors and contingent workers. Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, responsive, and able to work independently across time zones and teams.
- Fresh graduates with relevant skills and a strong interest in recruitment are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with Python at a basic level is a plus.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese to support regional coordination is preferred.
