Job description

Job Summary:

  • The position will provide an effective recruiting, sourcing and administrative process to support the Talent Acquisition Partners across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia (AS) region.
  • This role will manage onboarding coordination with candidates and different internal stakeholders and data management reporting as required which will enable TA
    Partners/Consultants to focus on core end to end recruiting, process improvements and strategic innovations.
  • On top of this main task, this role will also assist in the timely updates of the team's Job Instructions, facilitating team trainings and active support in process improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Partner with clients to understand their leadership needs and organizational culture.
    • Provide insights on market trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks.
  • Talent Sourcing:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates.
    • Utilize a variety of channels, including networking, referrals, and social media, to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Assessment:
    • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Prepare candidate profiles and present findings to clients.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Provide candidates with feedback and support during interviews and negotiations.
  • Market Research:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging talent in the market.
    • Use research to enhance recruitment strategies and provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
    • Facilitate negotiations between Hiring Leaders and candidates regarding compensation, benefits, and relocation.
    • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for placed candidates.
  • Reporting and Metrics:
    • Track and report on key performance metrics related to recruitment efforts.
    • Analyze and refine recruitment strategies based on performance data.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Must have 5+ years of Sourcing / Talent Acquisition experience within a professional services sector or similar recruitment environment (Agency, Headhunting or In-House), ideally with volume recruitment experience within APAC.
  • Strong sourcing background ideally in IT/electronics manufacturing company.
  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft packages with advanced Excel Skills; SharePoint knowledge will be a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple systems such as: ATS/CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to consistently maintain a high activity/productivity level.
  • Amenable to work full onsite (Johor, MY)
  • Amenable for a temporary role.
