Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  3. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely and effective recruitment.
  5. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  7. Foster a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  9. Manage mass recruitment campaigns to meet high-volume hiring needs.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in recruitment, with at least 3-5 years in a team lead role.
  3. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Mass recruitment experience is preferred.
  4. Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems. Knowledge in Workday for recruitment is a plus.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
