We're Hiring: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Officer

Based in Senai, Johor | Intretech Malaysia (A Subsidiary of Xiamen Intretech)

Are you passionate about connecting the right talent with the right opportunity? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, manufacturing-driven environment? If so, Intretech Malaysia is looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Officer to join our growing HR team!

What You'll Do:

1. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and update job descriptions.
  • Advertise roles on platforms like JobStreet, LinkedIn, MyFutureJobs.
  • Engage with headhunters for niche or critical positions.
  • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential candidates.

2. Screening & Selection

  • Review resumes and applications to identify strong matches.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to shortlist candidates.
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure a professional and timely candidate experience.

3. Hiring Coordination

  • Manage interview logistics and internal communication flow.
  • Collect and organize interview feedback and employment application forms.
  • Maintain updated recruitment trackers and follow up with requesters/interviewers regularly.

4. Onboarding Support

  • Assist in smooth onboarding of new hires.
  • Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees.

Who You Are:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing or high-volume environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Familiar with recruitment tools and platforms (JobStreet, LinkedIn, etc.).
